Valid Reasons for Exchange/Return

Cancellations & Refunds

All sales are final. However, we allow refunds post quality check. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Replacement or exchange will be delivered within 5 to 10 business days.

  • COD Orders:

Can be cancelled only before dispatch by contacting our support team.

Product Quality Guarantee

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If you notice:

  • Color fading
  • Print cracking
  • Stitching or finishing defects

Report it within 15 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a return and offer a replacement or store credit after inspection.

Requests made after 15 days will not be eligible for replacement or credit.
